On October 16th Eileen turned 40 years old! We had a few celebrations with various friends and family...but only had the camera for one of them...

Dublundikin or bust!

Great day for the family to be together!

Lindsey and Jim Pritikin dominated the seed spitting contest. Here, KC gives it her best spit!

Gotta love those caramel apples...and the subsequent trip to the dentist! (haha- thankfully we avoided that)

The funniest pinata I have ever seen. And I mean that in a great way! Knowing that our kids cannot eat candy, Lucrecia went out of her way to stuff the pinata with various other things...including hair gel! We all laughed so hard as KC and taylor came back witha bag filled with huge toys/gifts! And yes- of course KC got the hair gel! Here, we see Elizabeth starting the demise of the pinata strength!

What a great day! We had so much fun! From the pumpkin seed spitting contest, to the "hair gel" pinata to improv by the fire....good times were indeed had by all!

Apples for everyone

We had our second Dublundikin party yesterday- once again hosted by the Pritikin's (we get to do the December one!). It was a total blast! One of the highlights was watching the kids (and big kids!) bob for apples! For many of them this was their first time attempting such a feat. I would have to say that Jonathon made it look really easy for the kids but the lasting impression came form Mike who nabbed an apple in 3.46 seconds!

Brooklyn!

Brooklyn is the granddaughter of my best friend Christina. We got to watch her for a few hours last week and really enjoyed her! I especially love the middle photo that taylor captured at JUST the right time! Precious!

Missing Belize

Just praying and really missing Belize and the people down there that we have come to love. Knowing God is already working and setting the time for our next trip down, but still just missing them in the here and now. It's amazing how God's love can transform our own hearts. How we can become so connected through His love for people that we truly share that love and want to walk it out. So today- here's to the people in Gales Point who we and God so love!
